1. SHIPPING AREAS
   We currently ship primarily within Bali and Indonesia.
   International shipping may be available depending on the destination and courier options.

Same-day delivery within selected areas of Bali may be offered for eligible orders.
However, same-day delivery is not guaranteed and may vary depending on order time, distance, traffic conditions, weather, and courier availability.

2. PROCESSING TIME
   Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
   Processing times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

3. DELIVERY TIME
   Estimated delivery times:

• Bali: same day to 5 business days, depending on service availability and location

• Rest of Indonesia: 3–10 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and courier)

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and courier rates.

5. TRACKING
   If tracking is available, you will receive tracking details after your order has been shipped.

6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
   For international orders, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. FAILED DELIVERY
   If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or absence of the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
