REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from Neutra Bali.

1. RETURNS
   We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.
   To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
   For hygiene and safety reasons, used shower filters or opened filter cartridges cannot be returned unless defective.

3. REFUNDS
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
   If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION
   Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
   Once shipped, the return process described above applies.
