When PT Midtrans ("Midtrans"), or another payment provider displayed during checkout, processes your payment, certain transaction and personal information may be transmitted directly to that payment provider and the relevant bank, card network, e-wallet provider, virtual-account provider, or other payment channel.

Neutra Bali does not intend to store full payment-card credentials on its own website systems when payment information is collected directly by the payment provider.

• Limited payment-account information where necessary for reconciliation or refunds
